You Are Worthy

Despite what you might think, you are worthy. Not of the latest gadget, or the next item someone wants to sell you.

You are worthy of compassion, forgiveness, love and caring.

These things do not com

e in a jar found on a store shelf. They are not found at the beauty parlor where you pay someone to make you feel

good about yourself, or in the number of likes on your favorite social media page. They come for free in words and more importantly actions. They are free and are the handshake in church, the smile from a stranger or a kind word from a co-worker or family member.

They are in children's laughter, a walk in a garden, sitting silently with God, holding hands with your love.

They are also found in the everyday occurrences. The sunrise and sunset, spring blooms, fall leaves, summer sunshine, and the first winter snow. All of these things are done just for you. They are experiences intended to allow love to encase you so you are never alone.

You are worthy, I know because I am Jesus and my father told me so. Now I am telling you. It is all for you, it is free just as I gave myself freely for you. Give Glory to God for his goodness and abundant love for you. Let him embrace you in his glorious abundant love.
